Client has email remainder option on his settings page

Steps to reproduce:
- Sign in as client user
- Enter settings page
- Check email reminder option & send the form
Results:
Client will receive email about not filled in activities
This checkbox should be removed

also removed for admin, but when admin is also using this app to enter its activities

sorry for confusion, wrong comment on this ticket - checkbox also removed for admin, but when admin is also using this app to enter its activities - is valid
